Important Guidelines:

• • Conference Registration is Mandatory to attend Workshops
• • Photo ID Proof is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area.
• • Please ensure to wear a registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference Area
• • Registration is Non-Transferable
• • Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration.
• • PG Students will have to submit a letter from HOD. Head of Department/Institute.
• • Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat.
• • For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/cheque. The disbursal of delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
• • Delegate Kit will be handed over only to the registered delegate
• • Organiser will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss of theft of personal belongings.

• • Online & Offline Registration will be closed on 31st January 2024.
• • 3.5% Additional Charges will be applicable on online registration
• • For any change in registration slab subsequently, same will be updated on the website www.iactscon2024.com and shall be effective w.e.f revision date.
• • Please provide your Medical Council No. & IACTS Membership Number.
• • Conference Organiser are not responsible for Postal Delays/Failure to deliver by post or failure of Electronic Communication.

Terms & Guidelines:

• • Registration DD/Cheque will have to reach to the “IACTSCON 2024” Secretariat Office within 10 days of the DD/Cheque Issuing date via speed post or registered post/courier
• • Organisers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them a category which they may deem fit.
• • Registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of the amount in the conference Account. It is requested to send forms and payment promptly well ahead of the slab transition period.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• • Requests for Cancellation and to process refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at Email: - iactscon2024@gmail.com
• • Cancellation till 30th September 2023- 25% Cancellation Charges
• • Cancellation till 30th November 2023- 50% Cancellation Charges
• • Cancellation till 30th December 2023- 75% Cancellation Charges
• • No refund for the cancellation request after 15th January 2024
• • Refund will be initiated/transferred by Online, DD/ Cheque only after the conference
• • Registration is not transferable
• • Refunds will be made post conference

All the refunds will be processed 45 days after the conference and the GST 18% will be excluded.
